Missing items?

Please email paperieplanning@gmail.com with your order & details in regards to the missing items so that we can further assist you. 

Defected Items?

We package your orders with care however, If there is any defect with your products, please contact us at paperieplanning@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery along with photos showing the defect so that we can further assist you. 

Want to Return un-used items?

We're confident that you'll love your purchase but we understand that things don't always work out. Any Unopened items sold by Paperie Planning in original condition and returned within 7 days of delivery will be eligible for an exchange or store credit.  Sale items, custom items and opened items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs 

Returns/Exchanges must be authorized by Paperie Planning. To start an return/exchange please email us at paperieplanning@gmail.com with your order number, the product that you would like to return/exchange and the reason for return/exchange. We will reply with further instructions.

In order to receive a refund credited back to your bank account, your order must have been placed no more than 7 days from when you request a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. For your security, the refund must be credited back to the card you used to purchase this order. In the event that your credit card has expired or has been cancelled, you must receive credit to shop at paperieplanning.com.  

Refunds are processed in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. If store credit, or eGift card credit were used, they will be refunded as first method of payment and are not eligible for cash dispersal.
